Havoc

Bio:
Ah, Havoc.  Such a suiting name.  He is the world's current ruler of Chaos.  No one knows exactly why he was all by himself when he was young and nopony knew he was the current ruler until he started using his magic.  Empyrean was the one who found him playing tricks on her her unicorn subjects and instead of further abandoning him, adopted him instead.  Havoc always got into trouble ever since he was little.  No matter what the consequence of his actions were, he would pull pranks for the hilarity of the moment.  While he is very good at being a 'prince' sometimes, as a born prankster, Havoc thinks it is his sole purpose to continue the legacy.  He doesn't mind when other ponies join in the fun, but he prefers to take the credit for it all and will often tell whoever joins that they weren't meant to be doing such things, since Havoc could get away with a lot more being the child of Chaos.  

Though that's not to say Havoc is wild all the time.  He actually does know how to be serious and can be quite a good teacher if he sets his mind to it.  He even instructs children he sees causing trouble about the reprimands they would receive if they kept doing what they were.  Having grown up as a prince, Havoc is surprisingly friendly and a great ponies pony.  Though he is only close to a select few like his cousins Noctide and Eventide, Havoc is a complete gentlecolt when he needs to be.

Unknown to many, Havoc is actually very hygenic and a germophobe.  He doesn't mind getting dirty, but he must be clean as soon as possible.

Relationships:
Empyrean - Havoc is like the perfect imperfect child.  Whenever he doesn't have royal duties to attend to, he is Empyrean's nightmare disguised as a daydream most of the time.  Whenever he is needed at galas or when nobles are visiting, he is still the life of the party, but more tame and very gentlecolty (? XD).  Even though his mother is mute, her eyes say everything and Havoc often tries to avoid looking at them even though they are magnetizing.  Her magic, too, is usually able to sustain his own when needed.

Hydrox, Aerodyn, Teryn, & Asura - The other 3 of the Four Element Princesses are a delight for Havoc to do is dirty deeds.  He enjoys toying with them all as an expression of his love for them, albeit getting scolded for how he shows it.  As for Asura, Havoc is extremely docile around her, as her powers greatly outmatch his own.

Noctide & Eventide - Havoc grew up with Noctide as his sane wing-pony until they were teenagers.  Because Noctide was a little older, Havoc saw him as an older brother and would run to him whenever he knew he was in trouble, despite their differences in size.  Even though Noctide often tried to advise Havoc about his pranks, Havoc learned ways to play them without getting caught until much later.  Noctide often remarks that Havoc may be a masochist.
The younger cousin was a very devoted student of Havoc's.  He could understand Noctide's distancing himself from her, but he took delight in Eve's rotten attitude and would often provoke her for entertainment.  Whenever she would join him for a prank, he would tell her that princesses should be nice and learn to behave.

Spinel Glass - Despite the distance in age, Spinel is his best friend.  Both were orphans, which helped bring them together.  Havoc also helped to get him out a depressive slump when he hurt Eventide.

Averzhon & Accord - Rev and Havoc don't really see eye to eye, mostly because Havoc can never tell what he is thinking and his pranks never warrant a reaction.  He doesn't understand why Noctide and Rev are friends, to which Noctide would reply, "You're too young to understand."  Irking Havoc further.
Havoc meets his match with Accord.  Though not a gifted prankster, Accord is better at playing with Havoc's mind.  This frustrates him almost as much as the fact she can foil any attempt he makes on teasing her.  He and Noctide but heads a little harder than usual when it comes to Accord, as both may or may not have a slight attraction to her.

Talents & Abilities/Cutie Mark
No Mark for Havoc.  As he is a draconequus.  Havoc's magic wavers in how strong it is all the time.  It is constantly inconsistent and sometimes will foil his current plans to prank somepony, though sometimes that makes the jokes even better.  The power of Chaos also makes Havoc immortal but not, as he can still be killed.

I had a lot of fun drawing Havoc.  I see a lot of Dislestia children looking very pony, granted so was Havoc at first.  But after some thought and a complete revision, I decided that a draconequus body would better fit him and be a little out of the normal looks.

Note: he is no longer part of the MLP:FIM universe, but just a normal draconequus.  They shall be an actual race in my AU, with the power of chaos handed down randomly from one to another if something ever happens to the current user, how one uses this power is up to them.  I must also say screw it to redesigning him again at the current moment.
